AAABG 2021 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Registration includes on-line and hub access to all scientific sessions, conference proceedings of all papers, and conference booklet. Recordings of all sessions will be also available on-line for 3 months. Morning & afternoon teas will be provided for those attending the conference at the hubs.

Day registration includes the scientific sessions for that day plus the conference proceedings and conference booklet. If attending a hub, the registration will include the morning and afternoon tea for that day.

Please note that the hubs will be only available if local Covid restrictions permit. There is no added cost for hub attendance as our sponsors are providing the catering. So we encourage delegates to sign up for the hub attendance if you would like to attend the conference at a hub. Anyone who has indicated an interest in attending a hub will receive information about the hub one week prior to the conference. Conference Registration Options

Hub Registration:

HUB REGISTRATIONS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 24TH OCTOBER - NOW CLOSED 

The conference may attended at local hubs in Adelaide, Armidale, Brisbane, Dunedin, Melbourne, and Perth. The hubs will have on-line facilities for viewing all the scientific sessions with your colleagues. Morning and afternoon teas will be also provided at the hubs. Lunches can be purchased from establishments near the hubs during the breaks. Please register for the hubs by the deadline to ensure that space and catering will be available. NOTE: If you wish to attend the conference at a hub and it is after the hub registration deadline, please contact Cindy Bottema cynthia.bottema@adelaide.edu.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you but space and catering cannot be guaranteed.


On-Line Registration:

On-line attendance offers access to all scientific sessions, conference proceedings of all papers and a conference booklet. Further details to come!


Students and Primary Producers

Student and producer registration includes all scientific sessions, morning & afternoon teas at the hubs, and all conference materials. Registration also includes web access to the conference recordings for 3 months.

To qualify for the student registration, students are requested to provide the names of their university and principal supervisor. This can be either formal documentation from the University (eg transcript) or a letter from the supervisor. Those registered as students will be eligible for the poster and oral presentation awards to be presented during the General Meeting.

Primary producers is anyone whose main income source is as an agricultural producer. To qualify for producer registration, producers are requested to provide the name of their company and their ABN or NZBN.


Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted after October 24, 2021. Refunds will be available until the end of October, but only if the request is in writing to the conference organisers. A $100 cancellation fee will apply. Refunds may require up to 3 months. Substituting a registered delegate for another party is possible, but the request must be in writing to the conference organisers with the name and contact details of the replacement party. A $50 service fee will apply.
