Car Parking

 A multi-storey car park is located adjacent to the hotel. Day parking is charged at a hourly rate with a maximum $12.00 per day for Conference Delegates (Validation of ticket required). Self-parking for delegates staying overnight in the hotel is charged at $25.00 per night.

Terms and Conditions for the Stamford Grand

Payment Policy:

  • Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 21 days prior to the conference (6 June 2024) for full-payment by the hotel prior to arrival.
  • All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation can be made up to 21 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 6 June 2024). 
  • Any cancellation made within 21 days of arrival (from 7 June 2024 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking). 
  • Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilised (100% of your accommodation stay).

Other:
  • Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am. 
  • Broadband wireless internet is available in all accommodation rooms. Guests are able to enjoy complimentary access of 2MB for up to 3 devices
  • A reduced breakfast price of $25.00 per person for a full buffet breakfast in Promenade Restaurant will be made available for all guests in the group on a consumption basis to be charged back individually to guest rooms.
