Conference Registration Fees are in AUD and include GST.

Conference fees include: Attendance to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, drinks and dinner, gala dinner and end-of-conference social events (see below conference registration fees).

 

Early bird Rates are available from 10/09/2024 to 17/03/2025
Regular Rates will apply from 17/03/2025 to 01/04/2025

Accompanying Person

Please complete the below information if purchasing an Accompanying Persons Registration. If you do not require this, please select NEXT to complete your registration.

Accompanying persons can be added to the registration package. This will incur in an additional cost of AU$ 350 per person, which will include participation in all social events (i.e., gala dinner and end-of-conference social event) but not the participation in the scientific program, lunch, and morning and afternoon tea.

Payment

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. Both VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as 'EVENT STUDIO GROUP PTY LTD'.

Please note, full payment of registration fees is required prior to the commencement of the event.

Payment by Invoice / Bank Transfer /Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is also available. Please select 'Request Invoice/Pay via EFT' if this is your preferred payment method.
