Shared Registration

Shared registrations are available to SA schools only. A shared registration allows up to 3 people to share the three days of the conference.

Shared registrations will require schools to identify who will attend across the three days and delegates may only attend on their registered day. If a delegate is unable to attend, another teacher may be substituted. Delegates cannot attend on a non-registered day without incurring the extra cost of a one day registration fee and only if negotiated 48 hours prior.

Please note: Only 1 x complimentary ticket for the Welcome Reception is provided in a shared registration, but you may add and pay for additional tickets for staff who are attending as part of that shared registration if required. The Conference Dinner is an additional expense and can be added if required. 

Information you’ll need to complete a registration

To complete a shared registration, you will need the following information from each delegate:

  • First name, last name, phone, position title and email address, etc
  • Conference attendance day(s)
  • Dietary requirements
  • Member numbers - AATE / ALEA / SAETA
  • Welcome Reception attendance
  • Dinner attendance

AATE/ALEA 2024 Shared Conference Registration

Please note if you do not give consent for your details to be used by the conference organisers, you will not be able to register for the AATE/ALEA 2024 Conference.

Registration Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

 

The Shared registration fee includes:

  • All Conference sessions (each attendee under the shared registration can only attend on their registered day)
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunch (Thursday - Friday) (Saturday - morning tea only)
  • 1 x Welcome Reception ticket (Wednesday 10 July)

Payment by Credit Card

Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as “EVENT STUDIO GROUP PTY LTD”.

Payment via Invoice/Electronic Funds Transfer

If you are unable to pay by credit card, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation containing details to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer.
